Bookings and Enquiries

How do you book us?

1. Make contact with us by sending an e-mail to funkinfunction@gmail.com. Make sure that you include the date of your event, the venue and a rough time schedule for the day. With this information we can give you a rough quote from our pricing directory.

We send you some more info: we will send you some information including our full pricing list and member availability, and a copy of our working terms and conditions. Feel free to ask us any questions about bookings or song choices now so we can get an idea of your event and start planning.

3.
Pay a £200 deposit. If you have decided you’d love to have us at your event, you will need to put down a deposit to secure us for the date. Payment can be made via bank transfer or cheque. You will also receive a copy of our contract to sign and our terms and conditions as soon as the payment goes through and this will secure the date.

4.
Planning: Now we are with you every step of the way to help shape and plan your event. As soon as you are happy with your arrangements we will look over them and tweak them until we are sure that they are perfect.

5.
The event! With everything pre-organised, all you have to do is sit back and relax while the evening falls into place. We enjoy this part especially as we get to celebrate the evening with you!
